I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Buckeye Tint and Radio. I came in with an issue related to my breathalyzer, something that should have been resolved in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to complications on the manufacturer’s end, it turned into an hour-long process. Despite these challenges, the technician went above and beyond to help me. They close at 5 PM, but instead of brushing me off or asking me to return the next day, he stayed nearly 45 minutes after closing to ensure the issue was resolved. His commitment to excellent customer service is rare to find these days. Not only was he professional and patient, but he was also incredibly kind and understanding. I’ve had bad experiences in the past where I’ve been treated unfairly by other service providers, but this guy genuinely treated me with respect and dignity. He even offered me a ride home in case the problem couldn’t be fixed that evening! If you’re looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers, Buckeye Tint and Radio is the place to go. Highly recommend!
